प्रजा का, प्रजा के लिए, प्रजा के द्वारा बनाया गया तंत्र....!!

हरियाणा तथा महाराष्ट्र राज्यों में हुए विधानसभा चुनावों के परिणाम से जो बात मुझे स्पष्ट हुई वो ये है कि हम लोगों की समझ लोकतांत्रिक रूप से परिपक्व हो रही है। नागरिकों ने एक ऐसा जनादेश दिया जिससे दोनों प्रमुख दल, क्षेत्रिय दल और उनके नेता अब जनता जनार्दन को ग्रांटेड नही ले सकते। दोनोँ राज्यों की प्रजा ने अपने जनादेश से यह स्पष्ट कर दिया है की जनता को अब सिर्फ़ चुनाव के समय ही महत्वपूर्ण मानने की भूल ना की जाए।

लोकतंत्र में जितना महत्व पक्ष का होता है उतना ही महत्व विपक्ष का भी होता है,  हरियाणा की जनता ने इस बार बिलकुल उचित अनुपात में पक्ष और विपक्ष को शक्तिसंपन्न किया है। पक्ष को सिर्फ़ उतनी ही शक्ति दी जिससे वह अहंकार से ग्रस्त ना हो व विपक्ष को भी सिर्फ़ उतनी ही शक्ति दी जिससे वह कुंठा से ग्रस्त ना हो, क्योंकि समाज के लिए जितना घातक अहंकार होता है उतनी ही घातक कुंठा भी होती है। जनता जनार्दन ने ना तो एक पक्ष पर स्वयं को न्योछावर किया और ना ही दूसरे पक्ष को अपनी अरुचि का केंद्र बनाया। ये ठीक वैसे ही हैं जैसे परिपक्व और कुशल माता पिता इस बात को बहुत अच्छे से जानते हैं की माता पिता का अत्यधिक लाड़ प्यार हो या अत्यधिक उपेक्षा, दोनों ही संतान को बिगाड़ने का काम करते हैं और संतान का बिगड़ना पूरे परिवार के लिए अकल्याणकारी होता है। लोकतान्त्रिक देश में प्रजा, तंत्र की पालक होती है। प्रजा ने इस बार एक कुशल माता पिता के जैसा सटीक निर्णय लिया जिससे लोकतंत्र अपने मूल स्वरूप को प्राप्त कर समाज के कल्याण का हेतु बने क्योंकि ये ‘प्रजा का, प्रजा के लिए, प्रजा के द्वारा बनाया गया तंत्र होता है।’ और यहीं हिन्दुस्तान के लोकतंत्र की कसोटी हैं।

हर दल को लगता है की वही देश और राज्य के लिए सबसे अच्छा सोच रहा है। जैसा की हम लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था में रहते हैं इसलिए स्वाभाविक है कि हम सभी की दलों और नेताओं को लेकर अपनी अपनी प्राथमिकताएँ हैं। चुनाव के दोरान सोशल मीडिया साइट्स पर नेताओं और उसके समर्थको, मान्यताओं, विचारधारा और संस्कृति के बारे में काफी लोगों के कई कडवे पोस्ट पढने और सुनने को मिले। किसी दल का समर्थन करने या समर्थक होने पर दुसरे दलों का सम्मान करना चाहिए। किसी व्यक्ति या विचार का मज़ाक़ उड़ाना, और उससे मज़ाक़ करने के बीच के अंतर का ज्ञान हमें होना चाहिए। इसलिए सोशल मीडिया पर ऐसे फ़ॉर्वर्ड संदेशों को जो किसी व्यक्ति, किसी मान्यता, किसी धारणा, किसी संस्कृति का भद्दा मज़ाक़ उड़ाते हैं उनको साझा करने से हमें बचना चाहिए क्योंकि इससे अंत में हमें पता चलता है कि हम स्वयं को ही स्वयं के हाथों ज़ख़्मी कर रहे हैं।

किसी व्यवस्था, व्यक्ति या नीति पर चोट करने के शालीन, भद्र और मारक तरीक़े भी हैं, पर हमारा भारत श्रद्धावान, विश्वासी, आस्थवान, प्रबुद्ध और सुसंस्कृत लोगों का देश है इसलिए यहाँ के लोग असहमति और अशिष्टता के बीच के अंतर को बख़ूबी समझते हैं, प्रत्येक भारतवासी यह जानता है कि अशिष्टता पूर्वक सहमत होने से कहीं अधिक कल्याणकारी शिष्टता पूर्ण असहमति होती है। बाकी राजनीतिक दलों से जिनके श्रधेय जीते हैं उनको मेरी और से हार्दिक बधाई विचारों में भिन्नता हो सकती है मनों में नहीं ।

मेरी कही बात आप सब माने, आपको उचित लगे यह आवश्यक नहीं पर आप इस पर गंभीरतापूर्वक विचार अवश्य करेंगे यह मेरा विश्वास है। अंत में एक बिना माँगी सलाह उन चुने हुए विधायकों के लिए जिन्हें समाज ने अपनी शक्ति से सम्पन्न किया है- “किसी अन्य को अहंकार से मुक्त होने की सलाह देते समय इस बात का ध्यान रखिए कि हम स्वयं भी अहंकारी ध्वनित ना हों क्योंकि अहंकार की प्रकृति बहुत विचित्र होती है, जहाँ दूसरे का अहंकार हमें तुरंत दिखाई दे जाता है वहीं स्वयं का अहंकार हमें कभी दिखाई नहीं देता हैं।“ वैसे भी राजनीति में अहंकार सब में नहीँ होता हैं इसलिए सबको एक तराजू में नहीँ तोलना चाहिए। राजनीति में अच्छे राजनेता भी बहुत हैं।

           चुनाव के महापर्व में सभी मित्रोँ को भारतीय नववर्ष चैत्र शुक्ल प्रतिपदा विक्रमी संवत् २०७६, उगादि,  गुड़ी पड़वा, चैती चांद, नवरेह, वैशाखी, और साजिबू चेरोबा की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं। आप सभी के लिए नवसंवत्सर समृद्धि, ख़ुशहाली और सफलता से परिपूर्ण हो। आइए, नवीन उत्साह व ऊर्जा के साथ राष्ट्र निर्माण की प्रक्रिया में अपना सक्रिय योगदान देने का संकल्प लें।

इस देश की जनता भारत की भाग्यविधाता है। एक समझदार व्यक्ति की लोकतंत्र के माध्यम से चुने हुए सत्तारूढ़ एवं सत्ताच्युत व्यक्तियों के समूह से सदैव यही अपेक्षा होती है कि वह देश तथा समाज के सर्वांगीण विकास के साथ साथ आर्थिक एवं सामाजिक समरसता बनाएं रखे एवं देश के विकास तथा सुरक्षा के मसलों पर व्यक्तिगत ना होकर देशहित में एकमत से निर्णय लेकर कार्य करें तभी लोकतंत्र सही मायने में सफल माना जाता है।

आज मीडिया और सोशल मीडिया ने लोकतंत्र को बहुत हद तक प्रभावित किया है। आजकल ये चिंता का विषय है कि मीडिया खबरो का जिस तरह प्रस्तुतिकरण करता है और जिस भाषा का उपयोग राजनीतिक पार्टियों के लिए करता है, इस पर विश्लेषण करने कि आवशकता है क्योंकि इन सब से सबसे ज्यादा प्रभावित होती है युवा पीढ़ी जिसे अभी अपने इतिहास का पूरी तरह से ज्ञान नहीं है वह मीडिया से प्राप्त ज्ञान को ही अपना ज्ञान समझते हैं और उसके आधार पर झूठ को सच मान कर अपनी बात पर अड़ जाते हैं।

मीडिया अक्सर अपनी ख़बरों में जिस राजनीतिक दल की सरकार होती है उसे रूलिंग पार्टी कहता है, और जो दल सरकार में नही होता उसे ऑपज़िशन कहकर सम्बोधित करता है। कभी-कभी उन्हें पक्ष-विपक्ष के नाम से भी पुकारता है और हमें लगातार सुनने को मिलता है की फ़लाँ दल सत्ता में है और फ़लाँ दल सत्ता में नही है। जबकि देखा जाए तो सभी राजनीतिक दल देश, समाज और विकास के पक्ष में होते हैं, तो फिर विपक्ष में होने का अर्थ क्या हुआ ? तो क्या किसी भी राजनैतिक दल को जो बहुमत वाले दल के पक्ष में ना हो, उसे देश के विपक्ष में होना माना जाएगा ? यदि ऐसा होता तो जनता बारी-बारी से हर पक्ष को राष्ट्र के निर्णय, नीति, और नियति के निर्माण का अधिकार नही देती। बहुमत में नही होने का अर्थ सत्ता में ना होना नही होता है क्योंकि लोकतंत्र में देश के कल्याण के लिए दल होते हैं, दलों के कल्याण के लिए देश नही होता है । इसलिए ये सारे विशेषण लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था में उपयुक्त नही है, क्योंकि लोकतंत्र में हम पर किसी एक व्यक्ति का शासन (Ruled by) नही हैं,  हम पर प्रजा द्वारा चुने हुए पार्टी के उमिद्वारो का शासन होता हैं।

किसी एक व्यक्ति का शासन (Ruled by) वाली भाषा तब उचित थी जब हमारे यहाँ राजे महाराजे हुआ करते थे, या तब जब हम ग़ुलाम थे जब भारत ब्रिटेन का उपनिवेशदेश हुआ करता था। किंतु अब हम स्वतंत्र हैं तो हम सबको और हमारी पत्रकारिता वाले मीडिया को भी शब्दों के अर्थ और उनका महत्व समझते हुए अपनी भाषा में सुधार करने की ज़रूरी है, क्योंकि ये निश्चित है कि जब तक हमारी भाषा नही बदलेगी तब तक हमारे अंदर के भाव भी स्वतंत्रता की आभा से नही दमकेंगे, और हम सब स्वतंत्र होते हुए भी परतंत्र के जैसा आचरण करते रहेंगे, हम सब लोकतंत्र में रहते हुए भी राजतंत्र के प्रभाव से भरे रहेंगे। यही कारण है कि जो स्वतंत्रता के इतने वर्षों बाद भी हम रक्षण नही आरक्षण पर विचार करते हैं। जबकि स्वतंत्रता का अर्थ निर्भर नही, आत्मनिर्भर होना है। हम सब को इस सोच को बदलने कि आवश्यकता हैं।

लोकतंत्र मे व्यक्ति नही, व्यवस्था सर्वोपरी होती हैं, पर कभीकभार लगता है कि व्यवस्था अव्यवस्थित हो गई हैं। अगर संचालक मंडल और नियंत्रक मंडल की भावना के अनुरूप पक्ष और विपक्ष दल कार्य करें तो वह दिन दूर नहीं जब रामराज्य स्थापित हो जाएगा और हमारे देश के लोग आज़ादी के इतने सालों बाद भी आरक्षण ,जाति प्रथा, रोजगार, सबको शिक्षा जैसे मुद्दों पर न अटके हुए होते । बीते दिनों में जिस तरह कि गिरावट भाषा और भाव के क्षेत्र में देखने को मिली है वह नहीं होती ।

इस देश के लोगों को याद रखने योग्य बात ये है कि लोकतंत्र में शासन नही प्रशासन का महत्व होता है, इसमें व्यक्ति नही, व्यवस्था सर्वोपरी होती है, इसलिए रूलिंग पार्टी और ऑपज़िशन पार्टी कहना उचित नही होगा। लोकतंत्र में गवर्निंग पार्टी अर्थात संचालक मंडल और कंट्रोलिंग पार्टी यानि नियंत्रक मंडल कहना अधिक उपयुक्त होता है। जिस दल के पास बहुमत है उसका कर्तव्य व्यवस्था को संचालित ( गवर्न ) करना होता है, और जिन दलों के पास बहुमत नही है उनका दायित्व होता है की वे संचालक मंडल को नियंत्रित ( कंट्रोल ) करने का कार्य करें जिससे वे जनता जनार्दन द्वारा दिए गए अधिकारों का सदुपयोग कर राष्ट्र की प्रगति में सहायक हों। लोकतंत्र में गवर्निंग पार्टी और कंट्रोलिंग पार्टी को अलग-अलग विचारधाराओं के पोषक होने के बाद भी एक दूसरे का बाधक नही साधक होना अनिवार्य होता है क्योंकि सबका हेतु एक ही होता है और वो है- जनकल्याण, राष्ट्रकल्याण, विकास और प्रगति।

भारत माता की जय 

आप सब को नमस्कार जी,

प्यारे दोस्तो एनआईटी श्रीनगर में देश का झंडा फहराने पर जेके पुलिस द्वारा छात्रों की पिटाई पर जितना निंदा की जाये वो बहुत कम हैं | दोस्तो अब हर शहर में एनआईटी श्रीनगर छात्रों के साथ खड़े होने के लिए कुछ एकजुटता मार्च होनी चाहिए | सभी एनआईटी श्रीनगर छात्रों पर गर्व है जिन्होंने सम्मान के साथ अपनी जमीन पर झंडा फहराने का कार्यक्रम आयोजित किया | अपनी लड़ाई भारत के विचार की रक्षा के लिए हैं। झंडा फहराने में उनकी मदद के लिए भारतीय सेना पर गर्व है| अगर हमे एनआईटी श्रीनगर के बच्चों पर गर्व हैं तो उतना ही गर्व यहाँ सोशल मीडिया में बैठे अपने मित्रो के ऊपर भी हैं जिन्होंने राजनीती से ऊपर उठ बच्चों का साथ दिया। अरे देश प्रेमिओ डेरी मिल्क खिला के बीमारी का इलाज नहीं किया जाता और इसीलिए गद्दारों को डिस्पो वैन की सुई ठोकनी ही पड़ती है तब जाकर इन का इलाज होता है| असहमति से कभी भी चिढ नहीं होती बदतमीजी से होती है|

जेके पुलिस और प्रतिष्ठित मीडिया पर शर्म आनी चाहिए | दुनिया के लोकतंत्र में प्रतिष्ठित मीडिया चौथा स्तंभ है लेकिन भारतीय मीडिया का भारत में पहला और पाखंड का सबसे बड़ा स्तंभ है | दुर्भाग्य से भारतीय मीडिया प्राइम टाइम में आइएस आइएस, जेएनयू, क्रिकेट पर बहस करते हैं लेकिन शायद ही देशभक्त तंजील अहमद और एनआईटी छात्र पर बहस निवेश में करते हैं।

देशभक्ति सदा जादू सा असर करती है | जिस भूमि पर अध्यात्किमता तथा आत्मान्वेषण का विकास हुआ है वो हिंदुस्तान दर्शन, धरम, आचरण शास्त्र, मधुरता, कोमलता और प्रेम की मातृभूमि है | येह सब विशव को भारत की देन है| भारत माता की मिट्टी मेरा स्वर्ग है भारत के कल्याण मै ही मेरा कल्याण है | दुनिया मै अगर कहीं स्वर्ग है तो वो हिंदुस्तान मै है | अगर भारत को विशव गुरु बनना है, विशव में उठाना है तो शिक्षा का विस्तार करना होगा, भारत की संस्कृति का विस्तार करना होगा, सब को मिल जुल कर धर्म जाति इन सब से ऊपर उठ कर आगे बढ़ना होगा |

भारत वर्ष के महापुरुष और अनेक शहीदों के बलिदान को कभी नहीं भुला सकता | सर्वोत्तम कोटि के महापुरुष जिन का चरित्र ज्ञान भक्ति और योग के सूंदर समिश्रण से बना है उन के आदर्शों को हम कभी नहीं भूल सकते | हमारे महापुरूषों और देश के लिए बलिदान देने वाले वीरों ने देश के लिए बहुत बड़े बड़े काम किए है | प्राचीन काल से ही अनेक वीर योद्धा हुए जिन्होंने भारत भूमि की रक्षा हेतु अपने प्राण तक को न्योछावर कर दिए | देशप्रेम से जुड़ी असंख्य वास्तविक कहानियाँ और महापुरूषों की दी हुई शिक्षा हमे वास्तव मे आगे बढ़ने की प्रेरणा देता है पर हम उन की अपेक्षा और भी महान काम की आशा करे और आगे बढ़े और इस के लिए जीवन की अभिलाषा के लिए प्रति अक्ष्ण मरना होगा. आज से हिंदुस्तान का हर व्यक्ति संकल्प ले की वो अपने दायित्वों का निर्वाह भलीभांति करेगा और न खुद से तथा न किसी अन्य के साथ गलत करेगा तो यह उसका अपने देश के लिए एक उपहार ही होगा। एक डॉक्टर को महसूस करना चाहिए अगर वह एक गरीब आदमी का जीवन बचाता है वह देश की सेवा करेंगे और बदले में डॉक्टर देश भक्ति का कार्य कर रहे है उसी तरह एक क्लीनर पर गर्व महसूस करना चाहिए, कि वह अपने देश को स्वच्छ बना रहे है, एक शिक्षक पर गर्व महसूस करना चाहिए वह राष्ट्र को शिक्षित कर रहा है| मुझे विश्वास है कि मैं हर काम में देश भक्ति की इस वृत्ति को प्रेरित कर सकता हूँ। आओ हम सब मिल के शपथ ले कि आज के जियेंगे तो देश के लिए और मरेंगे तो देश के लिए |

भगत सिंह ने भी आजादी के लिये अंग्रेजों के सामने भरी अदालत में भारत माता की जय कहके अंग्रेजो की निद उडा दी थी मैरा रंगदे बसंती चोला माये रंग दे...कहा …भारतीय सैना का हर जवान युध्द में दुशमनो से लडते समय भारत माता की जय बोलता है जिससे उसका आत्मबल बडता है चाहे वह हिन्दु हो या मुसलमान चाहे वह पंजाबी हो या मद्रासी , सभी अपनी माता की रक्षा के लिये गर्व से कहते है भारत माता की जय।

नरेंद्र मोदी जी स्वयंसेवकों के साथ |

यहां पर कुछ बातें राष्ट्रीय स्वयंसेवक संघ के बारे में बताना चाहूंगा | कभी कभी संघ के लोगो के विषय में बहुत जानकारी न होने के कारण उनके ज्ञान की जीवन की जो ऊचाइयां है उस को समझ पाना बहुत मुश्किल होता है और कभी कभी तो कुछ बार जानने के बाद भी रजिस्टर नही होती है| डॉ. हेडगेवार जी की जन शताबदी समारोह के समय की बात है जो लोग हमारे (RSS) वैचारिक विरोधी है उन लोगो ने बहुत बड़ा अभियान चलाया था और लगातार लिखते थे बोलते थे सेमिनारों में चर्चा करते थे की देखो यह आरएसएस वाले कैसे लोग है, निकर चड्डी पहन के घूमते रहते है| अरे भाई हम तो चढ्ढी पहनते हैं उनकी तरह बीना पहने नहीं घुमते ! शुरू के दिनों में डॉ. हैडगेवार को कौन जानता था नागपुर मै भी कोई पूछता नहीं था | कहते थे एक बहुत मामूली आदमी को एक बड़ा आदमी बना कर के शताब्दी बना कर के घूम रहे है इस प्रकार की आलोचना होती थी | ऐसा कहने वालो के लिए एक ही सीधा जवाब है हमारे आलोचक जब जब कहते है डॉ. हैडगेवार बहुत सामान्य थे मैं इस का विरोध नही करता हु | यह सही है की पूरी संघ व्यवस्था में समाज के भीतर से आये हुए सामान्य लोग है, विशेषता यह नहीं है कि लोग सामान्य है या असामान्य है विशेषता येह है की सामान्य लोगो ने असामान्य काम कर के दिखाया है. | जिन को सामान्य नजरों से देख सकते है उन लोगो ने असामान्य काम कर दिखाया है |

मित्रो पूरी किताब को पड़ने से संघ विषय मे कोई भरम है उस भरम का अंत पढ़ते पढ़ते हो जायेगा मतलब संघ विषय में जानने की रुचि रखोगे तो समय पर सब पता चल जायेगा| बहुत सिखाया जाता है संघ मैं ऐसा है संघ मैं वैसा है संघ ने यह दिखाया बहुत से बातें इसलिए उलेख की गई है क्यों की संघ के लोग कोई जौर्नालिस्ट या बड़ा प्रभावी लोग नही होते है लेकिन आरएसएस को गहराई से जानने पर आपको अंदाज आएगा कि अपने आप को थका देने वाले लोग कितने उचे थे| शायद आज के लिए इतना ही काफी है |

With my birthday I’ve completed 8 years of joining RSS. On this birthday I was at home. Generally I’m not celebrating birthday like other friends. But on this special day I’m always trying to make some special recipe and always enjoying cooking. This time I make Aloo Tikki using bread, Pread Pakoda and Toast for my family.

This time received some special birthday wishes from the legend bollywood Actor, Padma Shri & BJP MP Mr. Paresh Rawal Ji.  He wrote birthday wishes as “Work hard n makes your parent proud... Happy birthday n God Bless you”. Can’t imagine such moment of receiving birthday wishes form bollywood actor. Another best thing is that he is following me on Twitter since from 25 December, 2015. We are following to each other and can send direct message to each other.

Actor, Padma Shri & BJP MP Mr. Paresh Rawal Ji

He won the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor for his performances in the films Woh Chokri and Sir. First I was come to know about his move Sir when I asked him that “Sir first time listened about this movie ‘Sir’. This film/movie is special to you??” Then he replied that "it’s directed by Mahesh Bhatt and starred by Naseer Bhai n Puja Bhatt… that’s all. Then I say only yeah truly... Mahesh Bhatt & Naseer are awesome ‘Zakham’ is one of Mahesh Bhatt’s most down to earth works to date. Currently he is working in the biopic of Indian PM Shree Narendra Modi Ji who is the icon of development for Indian. He is always saying that “Development should be made a mass revolution, in the history of INDIA there were many leaders who gave their lives for the nation and fought for freedom in groups of 10s and 100s. But its Gandhi who has made the freedom movement to a mass revolution – with the things they do in everyday life – connects these actions with freedom movement.” Sir best wishes for upcoming biopic, and will be interesting to see your chemistry and dialogue & waiting for release of movie. 

Bollywood actor and producer Sanjay Kapoor is also good in communication with their fans. He is not active on social media. But he is always online on WhatsApp. Sometimes I’m texting him on WhatsApp related to review of movies only. In today generations, it’s possible only because of Technology.

Over social media Hollywood Actress and Producer Vanessa Martini also have good conversations. She is well known for her role in Party Betchez, Road to Redemption and executive producer of Once upon a Night movie. When I searched her on Google then I was little confused that she is Germany based actress or elsewhere. I asked her are you Germany based? She replied – lol I live in Los Angeles and working with an international director so there's stuff written about me all over. I’m impressed with her quick response. Even have more conversations with her. It’s enough for this post.

And received 2^nd from Deputy Advocate General at Government of Haryana Mr. Raj Kumar Makkad Ji. It is always interesting to interact with Raj Kumar Ji on social issues. First time I was meet him during RSS camp in March, 2008 at Loharu. At that time he was Advocate at bar council, Bhiwani. Now a day he is living at Chandigarh. He is good at singing.  Generally I’m receiving inspirational social message from him on WhatsApp. “Badon ka aasheervaad ave preranaadaayee shiksha hamesha aage badhane ko protsaahit karatee hai, aapake preranaadaayak maisej tatha janmadin kee shubhakaamanaon ke lie bahot bahot dhanayavaad. Mera saubhaagy raha hai ki pahalee hee shaakha main aap kee aur Ravi Kumaar Ji ki ungalee pakad kar chalane ka saubhaagay mila hai”

Also received some good birthday message from unknown persons on social media, Monica Sharma write “happy birthday…best wishes”. Mr. Dipesh Bothra writes "that's most important makes your parent’s proud society n country will automatically be… Happy birthday.” Mr. Krunal writes “nice blessing sir ji warna aaj kal to kanaiya kumar ki tarah protest karo aap fukat mein khilayega.”  And at last it was nice to talk them on various issues of politics, national issues and social issues.

At last I’d like to thanks again for sweet birthday wishes.

Receiving My Certificate Of Publication

Last month on 29^th march was my birthday. On that I get so many birthday wishes. This time BJP Haryana media spoke person Mr. Hritik Wadhwa also send me birthday wishes. He is a cool person like as Indian captain cool MS Dhoni. I was meeting him some months ago in Bhiwani at his office. I’m not celebrating my birthday too much like others. So this time also birthday was like a normal day but whole day I was busy in doing some creative work. At night time I was busy in preparing the notes for national conference.

After a long time again I play a prank with Preeti. Actually the idea of prank was come when I was discussing on some matter with my friend Mr. Rakesh Baloda and Mr. Alok Bhardwaj ji. After spending a quality time of lectures we were travelling on bike. We were talking about spending moments in campus. For this prank Urmila give me support. Thaks Urmila ji… :-) I’ve no words for Preeti. She is so kind hearted. I can’t explain how much you are so sweet. Even I was saying you. Your voice is like a nightingale. Every word you utter is sweet. I think it’s a genuine comment for you.

Life is changing its phase like as sometimes it’s becoming happier or sadness. It’s only because of thoughts and its process. Our living environment always changes magnitude of mood and the proficiency with which the mind works. It is not what you have but it is how you think has a profound effect on your life. If possible we should enjoy every moment of life. Because zindagi na milage dobara. All of us should always subjective to ourselves and then the people around us. A race is always there in life. I prefer the one with myself. Whatever happens to me is by what happens with me. I’m telling you a motivational quote that I’ve read somewhere: "Be sure that you appreciate everything you've got; and be thankful for the little things in life that mean a lot." I remember some best words as given below:

I participated in National Conference on Innovative Trends in Computer Science Engineering ITCSE-2015 on 4th April 2015 held by International Journal of Recent Research Aspects ISSN: 2349-7688. My research paper was selected for publication on the topic Li-Fi: Future of Wireless Comunication.  National Conference was addressed by Guest of Honor Dr. B.K. Kaushik, Associate Professor in Department of Electronics and communication engineering at Indian institute of technology, Roorkee and Chief Guest Dr.Nasib Singh Gill, Professor and Head at Department of Computer Science and Applications, MDU, Rohtak. I was impressed from his shahyari. He gave inspirational speech about technologies with his some shahyari. Here I’m posting one of his best shahyari.

In national conference the best speech was given by Dr. B.K. Kaushik about make in India and also about the quality research requirements of DRDO. He was praising of Mr. Narendra Modi for his vision. I think NarendraModi is right to invite Foreign Companies to manufacture in India so that the countrymen can have employment using their skills. Come, make in India," Prime Minister Narendra Modi exhorted the world in his maiden Independence Day address, inviting global firms to set up manufacturing bases as part of his biggest push to fix in one go multiple economic problems including low employment creation, slow economic growth and high trade deficit. India's manufacturing activity contracted 0.7 per cent in 2013-14, the first time since 1991-92, dragging overall economic growth down to sub-5 per cent for the second consecutive year.

Reviving manufacturing is the biggest challenge for the government as the high inflation has kept interest rates high, impacting investments and demand. We should dream of 'Made in India' products across the world. We need to encourage the manufacturing sector. We need to channelize the strength of the youth through manufacturing.  Manufactured goods should have zero defects as also zero effect on environment.

We should strive to be a nation that doesn't import, but exports. In one speech Narendra Modi was saying that “I urge youth to reduce dependence on imported products." He is right, we should think about it. Today Indian youth power can play a best role in every field. Dr. B.K. Kaushik, Associate Professor in Department of Electronics and communication engineering at Indian institute of technology, Roorkee was also saying about this point. He give the best example of china for this purpose. Hindustan phir se Golden Sparrow ban sakta hai. We can be superpower in the world. But for this we need to use resources carefully. 

Industry chambers hailed Modi's vision as path-breaking and visionary. CII i.e. Confederation of Indian Industry is happy to see high importance attached to manufacturing and investment. As PM said, manufacturing is necessary for employment and for trade expansion. Come, make in India - what an inspiring statement….!! In order to achieve this, the government would need to address issues such as taxation, including introduction of the GST (Goods and Services Tax), land acquisition, faster approvals, trade policy, etc. The government has initiated a drive over the past ten months to improve business climate, streamlining application clearance mechanism.

Making India the manufacturing hub will also mean higher exports from the country and lower imports, reducing the trade gap. "We are now confident that the 'Makein India' and 'Made in India' vision will be supported by requisite policy and implementation measures for enhancing the competitiveness of our manufacturing sector," said Ficci president Sidharth Birla.

          Now I think you are boring because there is nothing much interesting like a romantic love story in reading the technical part of this post. Perhaps all of you are reading in newspaper as well as listening and watching on news channels.

Narendra Modi : Achche Din Aa Gaye. Jai Ho.....!!

Congratulations to Narendra Modi at last Inida have won.Modi won from both places Vadodara and Varansai. Perhaps it is the first time in the history of Mother India that Ganga Aaarti is being telecast live on all the channels.It happens only because of Narendra Modi. “Chadar Chadane Wale PM Bhot Aaye, Par Abki Baar Aarti Karne Wala Koi Aaya hai,Ise Kehte Hai Parivartan.” Even USA who was not giving visa to Modi even after this victory they also bow in a moment. Finally we get a Prime Minister who speaks Hindi.BJP come in centre because of one man called Narendra Modi. He is one man army. 125 years old congress party not get any single seat in many states.  Please give me a microscope; I want to see congress existence. Ha ha ha just kidding. Narendra Modi wons by record vote in Vadodara and Varansai. Varanasi shall set in motion the wheels of change that will take India on the path of good governance. Narendra Modi During Ganga Aarti In Varansi

For thousands of years, the ancient city of Varanasi has been a symbol of knowledge, education and culture. Varanasi is the city of Lord Shiva; he who is a linking-bridge between various cultures;he who drank poison himself to save the World from evils& is known as Neelkanth. Today, the eyes of entire nation are set on Varanasi & the reason of it is also the Shiv Swarup of Varanasi that can not only drink poison to save the society but also play Damrooto save the people from those who push the country into the pit of despair.

          It is believed that it is in this Varanasi where Maa Ganga’s beauty and virtuesreach that highest level of piousness that even looking at the Ganges becomes a source of salvation for a person. But, today this revered Maa Ganga is struggling for its own identity. Even after spending thousands of crores of rupees, the condition of the polluted Ganges is the same. River Ganga is a symbol of prestige for Varanasi city & to revive that prestige, the need is of extensive efforts.

          Varanasi is the biggest centre point of Ganga-Jamuna culture.Varanasi is not only regarded as the most pious city of the Hindu culture, but it also holds vital importance in Jainism and Buddhism.Gautam Buddha had delivered his first sermon here at Sarnath. It was in Varanasi only where the “Shehnaai” of Bharat Ratna Bismillah Khan kept echoing of the Hindu-Muslim “UNITY”. These are the reasons why Varanasi, today is the biggest centre of spiritual knowledge in the World.

          New Delhi is the Political Capital of India and Mumbai is the Financial Capital of the Nation. On this line, I wish that Varanasi city becomes the Intellectual Capital of the country. My party and I will leave no stone unturned to make this a reality. We would want to develop Kashi in a way that will make it the centre of cultural and intellectual activities &where the stream of knowledge would continuously flow.

          Here, there are world famous educational institutions such as The Banaras Hindu University, The Sampurnanand Sanskrit University and The Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidhyapeeth. These institutions require constant care and up-gradation because they are not only an identity to the Banaras city, but also because they are important to ignite thelight of knowledge in the entire Purvanchal, including Bhojpuri region.

Narendra Modi In Varanasi

          Banaras city is a huge centre of tourist attraction and is also world-renowned for its handicrafts and arts. Despite that, the local youth are left unemployed. There was a time when Banarasi Paan and Banarasi Saree were the biggest trend of the market. Thousands of people involved in them got employment but today, these both specialities are fighting for theirsurvival. In these many years, we could not create a new brand for Banaras and the old ones are also losing their sheen.

          The need of the hour is that we restore the rich heritage of Varanasi. The Cottage, Handicrafts & Handloom industries in Varanasi must be revived.Employment has to be generated locally. By doing this, we would not only be providing employment to the thousands of residents of Varanasi near their homes but also bring back the lost prestige of the city.

          However, all this would not be complete without better civic amenities. Today, Banaras is suffering because of poor roads, violence, traffic-jams, and short supply of electricity and water. A big reason for these problems is the ignore attitude of the central and state governments. The interference of Mafias and Thekedars (Licence holders) in the government departments is also one of the reasons. I promise that from Centre to Banaras, the domination of Mafias involved in looting the public funds will be entirely eliminated.

          The crucial moment for the 16th Lok Sabha poll has arrived. You would remember that during the end of the 20th century, the think-tank and philosophers around the world pronounced that the 21st century will belong to India. And in the beginning of this century, under the governance of the BJP led NDA government,this future-statement was appearing to be taking shape. The World was looking at the India with an eye of hope!There was tremendous enthusiasm among the youth & every family had a success story to tell of their children. But a decade of misgovernance of UPA, instead of taking the country ahead, pushed India decades back & left the story of the prospering India incomplete.

          Friends, the time has come that we bring a change! It is said that the image of country’s politics reflects in Varanasi, so let us begin from here.

          Varanasi is the only place from where the revered Ganga is Uttar Vahini (flows towards North). It is here from where the powerful stream of the river Ganga turns directions. Thus, the start of the biggest change will also happen from Varanasi. The country will again move towards GOOD GOVERNANCE and this message initiated from the Varanasi will light a NEW HOPE in the entire country.
